Weekly videos, email support, handouts, breathwork, mudras and yoga sequences. Bonus guided meditation. Topics include: posture for comfort and creating space for baby, optimal position of baby, hormones of birth, using yoga in birth.
Studies of pregnancy specific yoga classes recorded women having a higher rate of vaginal birth, fewer pre-term births, less fears about labour and birth and less stress hormone levels.
