Yoga for Diastasis Recti- the postpartum program

Are you wanting to know how to recovery physically after pregnancy and all the changes that have taken place in your body? Do you have tummy muscle separation you'd like to heal? 

This 4 week online course will mentor you on how to re-align your body after pregnancy changes and strengthen your whole body, core and pelvic floor and develop an awareness of how to modify yoga and everyday activities for optimal recovery. 

Over the 4 weeks I'll show you how your posture impacts your entire well being, how to heal your tummy muscle separation (diastasis recti) and increase your overall strength. 

 Your course includes tutorials, education, yoga sequences, handouts and MP3s. Time commitment: 20-30 minutes/week (more if you're intending on regular yoga practice). 

Week by week topics; alignment, breathing, pelvic floor and diastasis recti.
